WRBC is a holding company which, through its subsidiaries, engages in five insurance segments of the property casualty insurance marketplace. Their unique structure allows each operating unit to service its market segment in an autonomous manner. Each company defines its market by customer, product, class of risk, or geographic territory. The companies are grouped, for management purposes, into five segments according to market served: Regional Property Casualty Insurance, Reinsurance, Specialty Insurance, Alternative Markets and International.
